Basically, go to Blabbr enter your topic and then rate it on a scale of -2 to 2 and write a comment. Others can agree or disagree with your rating and the points will be adjusted accordingly. So if there is a certain person that you really don’t like or a movie you just saw that you loved, go to Blabbr and let the rest of the world know what you think.
