AltFuelPrices.com is a site where you can find alternative fuel stations in your area along with the price of fuel. AltFuelPrices.com uses a Google map which automatically brings you to your state. You then have the choice of choosing from a selection of alternative fuels such as: Biodiesel, CNG, E85 Ethanol, electric, hydrogen, LNG, and LPG. You can click on one or multiple options and the icon for each option will appear on the map along with the price. You can click on the icon to get more information on the station along with any comments made. If you are doing a road trip and want to see where there are stations on your route just change the location of the map and check it out. AltFuelPrices.com also features alternative fuel links and state by state statistics of publicly available fuel stations. You can also add a station that you have discovered that isn’t on the map. AltFuelPrices.com is a great site that helps map out alternative fuel stations so take a look.

"AltFuelPrices.com was originally started as CNGPrices.com when I purchased a CNG powered vehicle. There were plenty of sites out there that would tell you how much it costs to buy gas at different gas stations, but that information was lacking for alternative fuel stations, including my new CNG car. With the quickly increasing popularity of alternative fuel cars and trucks, and with a recent purchase of my own Honda Civic GX, I wanted to know CNG prices near me. So I whipped up this site to do just that. Hopefully it will also be a good resource to others who have or are looking to purchase an alternative vehicle."

AltFuelPrices.com has an attractive interface. The icons are all very distinguishable and it is great that you can click on them to get additional information and comments. The Google map is easy to maneuver and gives you a great visual of the alternative fuel options out there. The links and statistics are also very helpful. It is great that you know when the prices haven’t been updated because the writing is in yellow text.
