The new website for bringing together news stories from a collective voice is called AllVoices and it boasts the aggregation of news reports from online contributors just like you. Anyone can report news stories from anywhere in the world via mobile phone or computer and can share these stories along with images, videos, blog posts and opinions.

Anyone can then discuss what has been added to incorporate a personal voice in each news article. The site itself is broken up into topical categories, such as politics or sports, and into areas of the world. Top stories are featured on the homepage, along with a map of the world that clearly marks where each article takes place. You can also find contributors´ links and the most popular people in the news on AllVoices´ homepage.

AllVoices isn´t just a news source but it´s also a place where the online community can come together to affect the global news by contributing their own thoughts to current events. The site truly encourages discussion, which in return encourages users to directly relate themselves to each story. The ¨Most Popular People¨ part on the site is a bit random, however, and doesn´t really fit with the rest of AllVoices.

How can AllVoices replace the ¨Most Popular People¨ section with something more relevant? Can AllVoices include news articles in different languages to reach a broader audience?
