In their own words
“ThumbStrips is a Firefox extension that creates a filmstrip of thumbnails -- ThumbStrip, get it? -- so you can see your history, and stop guessing at page names in the history sidebar. You can even share your ThumbStrips! After you install it, a small icon will appear in your browser's toolbar. Click the icon to view your ThumbStrips at the bottom of the screen.”
Why it might be a killer
ThumbStrips is a clever invention. Who hasn’t gotten lost in their history? Trying to navigate through all that text can be difficult. Pictures are much easier to contend with. A visual history of your page visits saves you from headaches and from having to think too much.
Some questions
Right now it’s free, but will Intuit charge later on? Does it show videos and flash pages? Can it be easily disabled?
