Zogix is an innovative portal that companies of all sizes can use to cut costs, increase compliance or even to promote energy saving measures. The platform works by allowing procurement managers, or others with a similar role, to manage and influence how employees buy travel, entertainment, and other services. Managers simply set up what cost they would like to control, (ie) flights and then enter a price ceiling or a preferred provider along with better alternatives so that the employee can make a better, more cost-effective choice without having to do any searching of their own. The employee can be incentivized to meet company goals by receiving points for complying with the policy and then use the points for other benefits. The system can also be used in a similar manner by companies wishing to decrease their environmental footprint by allowing managers to set preferred modes of transport or allowing employees to gain more points for car pooling etcetera.

Zogix is incredibly easy to use and it just plain makes sense. What better way for companies to save money and enforce compliance than by providing alternatives and rewarding employees for making the best choice. This solution also has the potential to allow companies to designate preferred providers which could help to lower costs through the increased volume of business going through the preferred provider.
