Workers and other members can view schedules, join teams, pick up shifts, get reminders, communicate with managers, track availability, refer friends and colleagues, and generally stay much better connected than when using traditional methods of coordination.”

	Why it might be a killer

This is a great tool for scheduling and viewing current schedules online in real-time. This will be especially appreciated by those organizations that use a lot of temp workers since it makes it easy to see what is required and who is available.

How much will it cost to set up an account? Many of the organizations that this would appeal to probably have funding issues so the price will determine whether or not shiftboard sinks or swims.
