Say it fast and YuTiti sounds like ‘you did it’(from the soft palate of a baby’s mouth)--- or perhaps it sounds like something else. The former meaning however, goes right in line with the purpose of this new app. YuTiti is an online GTD resource. It helps you plan and manage projects, tasks, and schedules. It’s got a strong visual basis, so you’ll see color coded blocks, solid lines, and differentiating shapes. Your dashboard displays bubbly icons for opening charts, viewing projects, managing resources and processes, creating new projects and editing. Information is input in fields and forms. Switch views using your icons or toggle buttons. Color code schedules and apply status to events. Edit by month or day. Functionality is basic at the moment, but expect more to come.

This is a basic but useful app. It’s not hard to use and it’s got enough features for most users.

The visual appeal is lacking—it’s dull and somewhat undefined, the graphics aren’t crisp or exciting enough—although it is a planning app, it needn’t look nor feel like one. Where are the drag and drop features? The field input is bland and uninspiring.
