YoTask.com - Task Management in Email Format

YoTask is a web application designed to help you and your team get stuff done. Essentially YoTasks allows you to load your teams tasks into their system, and then send the tasks to the users in the network and then keep tabs on the progession of that particular task. You can operate all of your task management from your email account, and add as many team members as you desire. YoTask goes beyond just emailing, it is an organizational system with multi-functionalities. You can view your entire task network under an organizational chart, and track members of your branch. Tasks are opened and closed as they are completed, and team member(s) then automatically are noted and given credit for completing that task.

Using Yotask you can send Task, to the users in the network and keep track of that Task. For e.g. Joe sends the Task to Alisa and Harry of same network, as soon as Alisa and Harry completes that Task they will close that Task, and Joe will also get to know that Task given to Alisa and Harry is done. It is as simple as using an email account, but Yotask is not a mailing service, it's a Task Management System within the users of that network, with lots of different Functionalities. With YoTask, one can be Associated with infinite network, and can Add infinite users under a network with only one user account, by giving them their Designation, Department and Different Rights, to perform under you or your Company's Network. The best part is you can view the Whole Network, which display as an Organizational Chart. Even you can track the communications done by the members of your group with other users of the same group, who are under your direct branch only.

This seems like a service which is useful and important, but has been done by so many others doing a web app for team management. However, this could be a great application for those who want, and only want task management that comes in the farmiliar format of an email.

Is this application absolete if other’s who have created web applications under the same objective have not only created a similar system, but with more features for team management? Could they add some more networking features to make their application more comprehensive?
