In their own words
"While we have awesome tools like TwitterVision and TwitterMap that show you where people are Tweeting from, there isn't an easy way to subscribe to Tweets coming from a certain area...until now.
TwitterWhere lets you generate an RSS or XML Feed to filter out Tweets around a certain area. Just enter a city, state, postal code, choose the range of miles you want to include, and hit the button. You'll instantly get URLs to add to your RSS reader.
Note that the only Tweets that show up in our feed are from profiles available in the public timeline and that have a valid geographical location."
Why it might be a killer
TwitterWhere is very easy to use; it is a self explanatory tool. TwitterWhere has a colorful interface and the information that the site has is well written and clear. It is nice that users can choose how far from a location they want to find tweets from.
Some questions
TwitterWhere could use a more intricate and attractive interface, although the sky blue is nice it could use some more modern, detailed graphics. The TwitterWhere site could also feature more information, such as contact information and FAQ information.
