Twitter applications are multiplying at such a rate that two weeks ago, we reviewed Twittermoviewreviews a site where Twitter users can rate movies, and today we are reviewing another site that does exactly the same thing. Like Twittermoviereviews, Twittercritic has users send a tweet to @twittercritic with the difference being that they simply give it a “thumbs up” or a “thumbs down” followed by a brief opinion. Results are easy to scan through with “thumbs up” reviews in green and “thumbs down” ones in red. The main difference between the two sites is that Twittermoviereviews does a better job of amalgamating results for each movie and demonstrating them in pie chart format. What this means is that it is easy to look at any given movie and see what percentage liked it and what percentage didn’t. Twittercritic, on the other hand, just scrolls the results and you have scroll through all of the opinions and eye ball how many like the movie and how many didn’t.
