Twitt3d.com – Twitter In 3D

Twitt3d.comLooks like it is the season for 3D apps and software. Just yesterday I reviewed a visual storage software that was named Quanp, and today I come across this tool that gives Twitter the 3D treatment.

What is next? Facebook in 3D? Who knows where the time goes, as Sandy Denny would say.

Anyway, today is Twitter’s turn. This new app lets you follow your friends’ Twitter feeds in a three-dimensional setting. You just key in your username and the password, and then you can start seeing the way things are going in the mythical spot known as Twitterland.

I know some people that disregard the endless succession of Twitter apps out of hand. I prefer not to be that derisive, for the simple reason that I am man enough to realize that there is not such a thing as a “universal” Twitter experience. As far as I am concerned, the more ways we have of configuring and approaching Twitter the better. And I am sure many will agree with that.
