Twitter apps are being churned out by the hundreds—some are memorable, some less so. All however, aim to fix or add to what one might call Twitter’s foibles. One such service, TwitPlus, combines Twitter with file sharing. It’s actually quite very similar to Pownce, as some have even called Pownce the Twitter plus. And so now we actually have TwitPlus. Using it is simple—it’s just a matter of logging on your Twitter account, and send photos and videos, etc through Twit+. You can send files to your public Twitter timeline or send them directly to specific Twitter followers. The service is quite new, so tread carefully; more features are on the way.
