The word “Twickly” comes from the combination of “tweet” with “quickly”, and this developer came up with it in order to name his application. In principle, Twickly will let you add a basic message to any tweet that you send out. This additional information is chosen from a list of templates that (for the time being) includes 10 preset messages.

These preset messages range far and wide, and these include “Going to bed” and “I’m running late” along with others along the lines of “This one’s funny – check it out -” and “I found this website:”. That is, messages that act as effective wildcards and that could save you both precious time and space.

This practical solution can also be accessed via the Twitter Toolbar, a solution I am sure many of you are already acquainted with.
