Tweeto is a to-do list of sorts that integrates with you browser to help you organize and manage your tasks. To begin with, sign up for a free account and create your first to-do list. You can move items around with Tweeto's drag-and-drop ordering system. You can also tag and highlight particular items for emphasis, and later on you can go by this color coding and tagging system to filter results when you search your list. Take advantage of Tweeto's "smart tagging" system for quicker labeling; it automatically tags tasks for you with keywords you use regularly. You don't need to be online to use Tweeto, since it's an AJAX-based app, and it works for all popular browsers and platforms. When you're done creating your list, you can share it with your friends and contacts via email, and you can even delegate certain tasks, since Tweeto is open for collaboration.

In their own words
"Tweeto is a browser based task manager that allows you to quickly and easily plan your tasks so that you never forget the important things in both your personal and work life."
Why it might be a killer
Tweeto is a really convenient way to keep track of your tasks, especially since you don't need to be connected to the internet to access it. In fact, you don't even have to have javascript to be able to run the application. It's easy to manage and edit your list, and the simple coding-and-tagging system makes it easy to categorize and search for your tasks.
Some questions
The market is already saturated with organizational services like Tweeto; what are they really offering that sets it apart from the rest of the field? There seems to be a palpable lack of innovation with this application.
