Whatever it may be, Triphub has one centralized page for all your trip planning needs; there are accommodations details, flight info, lists of who’s coming, and there’s even a discussion board. Need invitations? No problem, send the same trip invites to groups or specific individuals. Track who’s coming and who isn’t. Use your trip page to promote your trip; set permissions to control who can see what. Create and share a schedule of events, print it out and take it with you. Of course you’ll also have access to maps, hotel and attractions info, and driving instructions. Optionally, you can create a group trip blog for discussion and sharing info; as it’s wiki-styled, anyone can add input, comments, and new info. TripHub is free.
