Trackthepack.com - Track All of Your Packages

    trackthepack

TrackthePack’s creator, Josh Pigford, claims to have a “closet obsession with tracking packages,” and this online portal performs this task as its one and only operation. A user simply enters a tracking number into a rectangular box, with the option to include tracking notes, and TrackthePack displays the shipping company, estimated day of arrival, and current location. The site basically cuts out the hassle of having to visit the website of every individual shipping company to track boxes, and combines the information in one location. It also saves a list of all tracking numbers while the user is waiting for packages to be delivered.

    In their own words

“TrackThePack is way for you to not only keep a handy list of the various tracking numbers you may have, but also is a lovely way for you to actually track all of your packages in one place! Yep, TrackThePack ties in directly with your favorite shipping services and displays your tracking status right here!”

Why it might be a killer

TrackthePack makes tracking packages more efficient. It also has a one simple function, so it is much easier to navigate than the traditional shippers’ websites. I can see this site being very useful for office assistants who are required to keep track of dozens of packages from many different shipping companies.

    Some questions

The site clearly states “This junk is beta! So be nice!” Can the kinks be worked out? One package was destined to come in on the 28 of December… 1969.
