Reqs for downloading TorrentFlux: Apache with PHP module, MySQL database, and Python 2.2 or higher. There’s a forum for questions about installation and performance.

In their own words
“TorrentFlux is an open source bit torrent client for Linux, Unix & BSD platforms that runs on a web server. It is implemented on the LAMP stack. Manage all of your Torrent downloads through a convenient web interface on a high powered server, on a fast network connection from anywhere!”
Why it might be a killer
TorrentFlux, because it runs on a web server, allows users to operate it from a hosting service, thus allowing for higher speeds than normal residential connections. It’s available for almost all Linux distributions too.
