Each item in Ticketish is organized by project which means tickets can be separated and filed. Each project moreover gets a distinct email address which can be designated private or public. Public projects are also given URL access to the public help forms. Ticketish also provides detailed comment tracking which is viewable at a glance. RSS feeds are available for whatever you need. Pricing for Ticketish starts at $10 a month. This gives you a total of 3 projects and 5 users. The Basic Plan at $20 a month comes with 10 projects and allows for 10 users. Finally, the Professional Plan gives you 25 projects with 50 users. There is a free version which enables you to execute one project.
