Browsing through books, you find one you like, and you´re intrigued by the author or the topic. Using Thrrum, your camera phone can just snap a picture, and it will tell you more about what you´re looking at. Your phone will dig up nice facts like the price, the publisher, the date of publication, and whatever else you might find in a library catalogues. Presumably, you can do this with things besides just books (like movies, for instance).

This is a neat feature that is good for people who are into details, and want to be thorough in their information searches. If you need to do research, this feature might be good to have.
Some questions

Until the service is available on more than just one phone model, it´s not going to get very far. And the site should really work on marketing itself as something besides just a book-reader, so that people can start to imagine its various uses. It´s a good idea that needs some development.
