Why it might be a killer
TalentSpring´s great for employers as it narrows down the field for them without their having to waste time looking at resumes that don´t suit their parameters. The site is also useful for those who need help with their resumes, because the voting process is essentially feedback; plus users can compare their resumes with those that have the best Merit Scores to get a better idea of how to write a better resume.
Some questions
Do Merit Scores really reflect the quality of a candidate? Could they be skewed? TalentSpring is obviously more geared towards employers, will job hunters distrust the results? Will the job categories expand to include non-tech listings?
