SuccessFactors is a bunch of tools a company of any size can use to improve their productivity and accomplish any of the tasks that used to be paper-driven chores. Some of these include: talent and succession management, 360-dregree reviews, compensation planning, employee surveys, updating IT on a regular basis, goal management, employee profiles, and more. SuccessFactors has all of the tools you need to keep your business organized and on a smooth upward track. It has reached small IT companies and huge corporate groups like ConAgra Foods. $50 per user seems pretty cheap for the benefits that have been seen by using SuccessFactors.

This group of web-based tools encompasses a lot of functions that generally require a lot of time out of employees to complete. It takes a lot of the analyzing work managers and owners have to do and makes it as easy as clicking some buttons. The price is small for the price it would probably cost to pay a team to do all of the chores this software does. They already have 2 million users and with word of mouth and the almost 100% approval review, those numbers should continue to steadily grow.
