How are they marketing this service? How many paying customers do they have and which plan is the most popular? Have they had any problems with the customizable responses, such as in political campaigns (the Barack Obama campaign is a client of this site)?

Having been a very frustrated customer who didn't receive responses to emails in a timely manner (if at all), I applaud the simple yet practical purpose of this system. The creators seem committed to excellence and service, which will only benefit the end users -- the small business owners and the customer.
