Spresent.com - Flash Presentations

Spresent is for creating presentations using Flash, (but you don"t have to know Flash to use it). It gives you the benefits of PowerPoint like attributes only in a simpler, easier to use format. Spresent lets you work in your web browser and files are saved to a virtual folder in your account; so you can use the interface anywhere, whether it be at some cybercafe, or on your home computer. A desktop version is available as well.

Spresent gives you the basics for presentation making with the added benefit of being web based, making it easier to collaborate with others whether at home or away. And its free. As Alexander "Sasha" Kouznetsov, spresent.com Founder and President told us "PowerPoint is not a Web app and we are, so how can we copy it? We want to keep spresent.com as a native Web app."

Right now it"s doubtful with its spare, simplistic offerings that Spresent will get any where near PowerPoint"s success. How will attract users away from the bigwigs?
