In their own words
“SPAW Editor is a web based in-browser WYSIWYG editor control enabling web site developers to replace a standard textarea html control with full-featured, fully customizable, multilingual, skinable web based WYSIWYG editor. Version 2 adds tabbed multi-document interface, floating/shared toolbars, modular architecture and many other exciting features”
Why it might be a killer
Spaw Editor has a robust set of features which it set it apart from other editors. The tabs make it quite versatile, as users can edit more than one set of code within the same window; they also serve to cut down on scrolling and free up screen real estate. This setup allows developers to get more done so they can focus on other more pressing matters.
Some questions
Does Spaw provide more basic tools for non-coders? As WYSIWYM editors are gaining ground, will Spaw prove to be enough? Can features be made to order?
