Snaptalent is an advertising network for jobs in which employers add their job listings and they are displayed on the sites of participating publishers. The majority of the jobs are currently for programmers and developers and sixteen programming blogs have signed up so far, giving Snaptalent a reach of 4.5 million monthly visitors already. In addition to allowing employers to place ads on participating sites, Snaptalent also allows you to target people by IP address. So, if someone has an IP address from Google or a top university, they can be targeted. In this manner, advertisers can be sure that they are reaching exactly the candidates that they are looking for.

In their own words
“Reach out to candidates who would never otherwise discover your company. Engage people with images and video. Hire the best.”
Why it might be a killer
Snaptalent is a unique way for employers to find the best candidates for their company. Truly exceptional is the ability to be able to target postings by IP address—look for this to be more and more common in the near future.
Some questions
Will employers be willing to pay the premium to advertise on Snaptalent? Ultimately the company’s success will be based on how successful they are in filling the positions posted by employers.
