ShareOffice allows its users to quickly create such frequently used sales documents in a single browser; it operates entirely online and is available as a component of salesforce.com´s AppExchange or on its own. This open standard office suite offers one-click documents on demand, best of breed documents and spreadsheets from iNetWord and EditGrid, an online office ecosystem which allows multiple users to collaborate, edit, and share documents simultaneously, and it costs only $15 a month per user.

ShareOffice assembles a feature rich office suite with a best of breed approach. ShareMethods itself already has more than 200 company customers in 32 countries, and it offers a nice looking package.

Google docs offers a similar product; and most users are probably more familiar with MS Office, why would they want to switch, especially with ShareOffice´s user fees?
