    Rosterbot.com - Manage your Teams

    rosterbot

Do you coach or play for a sports team? Tired of the antiquated practice of phone trees and static, paper schedules for communicating with team members about upcoming games? Rosterbot brings sports team management into the twenty-first century. Registered administrators simply send off an email to team members, which includes details about an upcoming match (including a map of how to arrive at the scheduled spot). Coaches can then see who will be participating in the match and print off summaries on game day. Rosterbot focuses much more on the organizational aspect of managing a sports team, rather than the memorable (ie, photo sharing and scorekeeping).

    In their own words

“RosterBot lets you organize your teams easily. It does this by polling each player to see if they're coming to your next event and then showing you the results, along with some other bells and whistles, on a nicely-organized web page. It can even email you a summary of who's coming on game day if you like.”

Why it might be a killer

Rosterbot is easy-to-use and to the point. It makes managing sports teams more efficient than it was in the past, and it is free. What more could you want?

    Some questions

Although the site claims to focus purely on the management side of sports, why not provide more photo options, or link to existing sites?
