    RentYield.com - Property Management Tool

    rentyield

RentYield is a property management tool for landlords and real estate investors. Basically, this is an app which seeks to help you get the low down on all your properties. RentYield provides transaction tracking, performance evaluations, organizational tools, email notifications to send to renters, tax reports, and much more. There's one easy to use interface, which negates the need for folders, spreadsheets, and papers. Graphs and charts along with income/expense tables allow you to get a quick snapshot of the performance of your properties. Add up to ten tenants to per property and use the search by tenant name feature to flag late payers, or to send off an email. New York property owners can get comparables and title records for all their properties via Zillow and RadCribs. Features in the works include community statistics (i.e. how does your property rank in profitability), and analysis of potential property investments. Lastly, RentYield is free for everyone.
