RemindTron.com - Simple Reminders For Forgetful Minds

    remindtron

Frequently find yourself suffering from senior moments? Teased for your mental incapacity to recall information? Sometimes we all need a little reminder. remindTron proposes to do just that. Designed for accessibility, this lightweight reminder service will help the most forgetful person to remember. You don’t even have to sign up to use it. Start simply by typing yourself a reminder message and setting a date and time to be reminded; next, add your email address, and if you choose, your cell phone number so you can be notified via SMS. You can manage and edit your reminders in the My Reminders section. It couldn’t be less simple.

    In their own words

“RemindTRON is an extremely lightweight, easy to use reminder service. It is dedicated to reminding forgetful people about things they need to remember, but normally would forget, be it that this web application didn't exist. It's free for everyone to use, and unlike most useful tools, does not require you to sign up to use it. They say the best things in life are free. We prove it.”

Why it might be a killer

The beautiful thing about RemindTron is that it’s actually really useful in a real world way. Everyone forgets. RemindTron is extremely uncomplicated, and thus accessible to mainstream users, older people and even busy execs looking to keep things simple.

    Some questions

Perhaps RemindTron would benefit from allowing users to input more than one email address/cell phone number, so that the forgetful party can also choose to be reminded by someone they know, in case email isn’t sufficient. Also, they could add more colorful, fun templates, so that the reminders stick in your head.
