Qloud.com - Music Inside the Network

What do you get when you combine a world famous investor, unlimited and unrestricted music streaming, and more than a million users? Qloud is a music service, available only via social networks, that streams iTunes, and allows others to search and play music from their friends’ iTunes. The service is backed by Steve Case, as well as numerous music and internet industry luminaries. It is now only available on facebook, friendster, bebo, and Hi5, although there are plans for more applications in more social networks. The service is completely free and legal. Recently, they were invited to be a part of Google’s OpenSocial.

Qloud, with more than a million users and a savvy backer, already seems well on its way to being a killer. Even better, its technology is completely legal, so any legal action that may affect much of the online music streaming industry (more specifically, internet radio) will not affect Qloud.
