Popuri.us is a simple stats checker you can use for any site. Enter the URL of the site you are interested in and get the Google page rank, Alexa rank, Google backlinks, Yahoo! backlinks, Live Search backlinks, Technorati inbound links, del.icio.us bookmarks, Bloglines subscribers, Whois information, and the DNS report. Once this site has settled in a bit, it will have a lot to offer.

Entering one button and on the homepage you can see a lot of stats. Though this is also a negative, they´ve been getting a lot of site traffic (checking out their Alexa graph, it´s a steep slant up), which is also why some of their site functions aren´t working correctly.

How will they compete with other stats sites like Statsaholic? Will they add other functions, such as being able to get all of this info from a toolbar or adding embedding functions for sites? They have a lot of building and settling for the site to do, but it´s new and holds promise.
