Turf, like the recently reviewed Gocrosscampus, is a Risk-like game that allows local communities to play on their own community maps. The game has already attracted a number of loyal followers who like the fact that moves are made online, but a great deal of the strategizing occurs offline in the real world.
The maps look great and help to blur the line between fantasy and reality. If you’d like to arrange a game of Turf at your school or company, they will make you a customized map so that you can battle it out on a realistic map of your school or company.
