There are default options for resizing: 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. You can also customize the size as you like. If you simply want to add a few effects, there are a number from which to choose: Equalize, Grayscale, Sharpen, Spread, Gaussian Blur, Oil Paint, Rotate, Polaroid, Crop, Brightness, Contrast, or Raised Frame. PicResize supports JPEG, GIF, and PNG. And you don’t have to pay a thing to use it.
