OSWT.co.uk - Free Open Source Templates

OSWT is a portal jam packed with well-designed Open Source website templates that enables anyone to put up their own great-looking site without requiring any in-depth programming knowledge. Templates are organized under categories which include XHTML and CSS layouts, CSS menu templates, and XHTML templates. Template designers are encouraged to upload their own templates for sharing with the rest of the community and there is a lot of great content to be found on this site. All templates are displayed in mini thumbnail versions and they can be clicked on to reveal further details in a zoomed in mode.

There are a good number of templates and they are all free so users will like not being inundated with commercial offers while they try to download a template.

The space is probably too crowded for OSWT to grow much in popularity. It is a nice site but doesn’t offer as much content as some of the leading sites do.
