Innovation is something akin to a double-edged sword. People tend to resist what is new and strays from the way everything has always been done, yet one of the key aspects of any launch is precisely that – offering people something different to experience and utilize.

There is a point somewhere in between, but it is obviously not something anybody could reach. That goes into explaining why so many startups fail to effectively lift off.



This site aims to make such a process a more dynamic one. It has the main objective of letting users create an environment in which ideas can flow naturally, and be managed more conveniently. Basically, users create an account free of charge and then a group with which their can share ideas and knowledge. These ideas are then evaluated and the aim is to create a framework in which they can evolve until materializing in a (hopefully) defining project.

The objective, then, is taking the collaborative attributes inherent to the Web 2.0 and putting them to the advantage of the corporate world. As they say on the site “innovation just comes from people”. And Novitate will let people everywhere connect and develop their ideas in what is probably the most straightforward way of all.
