NicEdit features standard rich text features and instances can be expanded to fit content added. Multiple divs or converted text areas on a page can be edited transparently, while preserving the look and feel of the page and saving content via Ajax. Additionally, with NicEdit multiple editors can opt to use single controls. Users can choose from different fonts, colors and sizes from drop down menus, add images and hyperlinks and create bulleted lists. The download is light, weighing in at 35kb tota or 10 kb compressed. Only two files are required for its operation and it can be used across browsers.
