NConstruct.com - Cuts Down Development Time

    nconstruct

Nconstruct is a rapid application development environment designed especially for the .NET framework. With NConstruct, you can reduce the amount of time spent developing enterprise applications. You can build your core applications in minutes rather than months. How is this accomplished? Nconstruct consists of two parts: Nconstruct Builder and Nconstruct application. Builder assists you in setting up your entire information system by reading information culled from your database and then producing source code for both the client and server tier. The application combines generated code from your database with preproduced code so that you can develop modules of your application. NConstruct is object oriented and uses a bottom-up development approach that allows for frequent communication between client and developer. This allows for constant dialogue and adaptation of the software to suit the customer’s needs. NConstruct has a number of notable features, it’s scalable, with a generic GUI, secure and has Multilanguage GUI support, among others.

    In their own words

“NConstruct is a rapid enterprise application development tool and environment for .NET Framework. Its goal is to reduce the time used for the development of most commonly used enterprise applications, which consist of data handling and presentation capabilities.”

Why it might be a killer

NConstruct is a useful application for .NET developers. It offers a number of different solutions for both clients and developers while drastically cutting developing time .

    Some questions

At $99 NConstruct isn’t cheap. Will developers be swayed by NConstruct’s features and components enough to pay the price? Is it’s bottom-up approach the best way for the development environment?
