So MixTickr is another one in the line of ‘Tickr’-ending widget websites created by the same Marcus Reimold. His creation list, thusfar, includes SpyTickr, ApiTickr, YouTickr and finally AddTickr.

They all have the same simple, if not bland interface, and they all deal in RSS feeds. We know reading RSS feeds can be a bit boring; afterall, we’re used to being inundated with images and colors and sounds. MixTickr and the rest of the lot fall in line with the trend of making feeds not so boring and readily accessible. MixTickr is a widget that creates a mix of different feeds you give it. You can make mixes out of flickr feeds and youtube feeds and jaiku feeds to make one gigantic feed. You can add the MixTickr feed to readers like NetVibes or iGoogle, or SmarTickr. To use, simply register and then create a new MixTickr.
