Once all parties receive the email, they can RSVP through whichever link in the email corresponds to the time and date that works for them. The site claims its service is perfect for anything from business meetings to simply watching the game and having a few beers. Registration and the service are free of charge.

Meeting4 is a less complicated and more formal service than Evite, so it works in more contexts and may appeal to a more businesslike crowd. The service also lets you suggest up to ten dates and time, unlike Evite.

This site seems a little redundant. Meeting4 laments the inefficiency emails when trying to organize an event ("Trying to get a group of people together for an event - social or business - can often involve a lot of emails") but how is their service any different than sending out a mass email? If anything, the latter would be quicker. Additionally, the service lets you suggest up to ten dates and times, but why can't you suggest different locations as well?
