Manymoon is a tool that serves a concise aim, namely letting users track both their tasks and projects via the web. The basic premise is that of dispensing with the usual hassle of connecting distributed workforce via e-mail and related channels, and communicate more efficiently.





In addition to coordinating efforts with fellow coworkers, Manymoon can be employed to communicate with people outside of any given company like customers and clients.

Once you create an account, you can start adding up projects, representing the objectives you have to achieve. Each project itself is constituted by tasks and milestones.

The system itself makes for two different types of tasks: private and shared. As well as creating them at the site, you are allowed to create them via e-mail. The process for doing so is described online. Once tasks have been created, they can be assigned to the respective team members, and the top five tasks are displayed when you log in.
