Link In Word is a list of dictionary words that are for sale to owners of various websites. Users can search for any word of their choice on the site, and from there, link it to their website. Users can buy as many words as they wish, and the cost runs are $1 per letter. Words listed on the Link In Words site are random and creative, ranging from “jabberwocky” to “quadplexes.” Users click on the letter tabs to navigate through the dictionary, browsing the all listed words, as well as taken words and available words. The site also has a link to their blog, which provides even more information and uses of the site for curious users.

“Linkinword allows you to buy a word from our list that represents your site. Once you buy your word, the word becomes yours. Your site will then be linked to that word with a direct link to your website. Words are 1$ per letter. You may buy as many words as you like. Our homepage features 100 words that are randomly rotated from our word database.”

Link In Word is fun and entertaining, but still has a way to go. There are currently only seven words that have been apurchased, although the site does claim “and counting.” More traffic should be brought to the site to grow the content and participation.
