Lingua is a blogging engine that´s flexible, powerful and lightweight. It´s powered by PHP, MySQL, and AJAX. Lingua has not fully released their full version, but a subversion can be downloaded on the website. You have all the basic, cool features like adding links and uploading pictures on to the blog, but the AJAX platform is what really makes an impression. The coding definitely makes the page more usable, quick, and interactive. Recently, Lingua has been getting requests to format their site into different languages. Who knows whether or not this will happen I cannot say, but before any of those added features can be tacked on, Linguas main focus is trimming up their coding and getting ready to launch their full version in beta.
