Lighthouse can be used for public feedback of beta applications; it integrates directly with Subversion and it makes getting organized and keeping track of your project simple. There are paid versions available starting at $10 a month for personal use, with the highest priced coming in at $120 a month for the Platinum plan which allows you to manage an unlimited number of projects and gives you 30 gigs upload space; each paid plan comes with a 30 day trial version, and there is also a completely free plan; however projects cannot be archived and only two people per account are allowed.
