LeanLaunchLab.com – Test Your Business Model

LeanLaunchLab.comA platform that lets entrepreneurs and innovators test their business model hypotheses, LeanLaunchLab has just entered public beta and it can be used by all the people who are interested in trying it out. On this site, you’re asked to fill out a 9-block diagram canvass, with each block defining one aspect of your business model. These include customer segments, customer relationships, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure. Each one of these blocks is then automatically converted into a hypothesis, and logged into your own business plan.

This plan is split into three main different sections, namely, “To do”, “In Progress” and “Done”. The idea is to let you measure key metrics over time, and conduct experiments that will let you see exactly how well any of your hypotheses translate into practice.

In actuality, innovation is something that any company which has achieved a certain growth struggles with. A platform like LeanLaunchLab is one that large companies will find every bit as useful as startup owners and budding entrepreneurs.

LeanLaunchLab is free to use for teams of two people, with you being charged $5 per user per month.
