    JobSearchEasy.com - Find A Job, Post A Job

    jobsearcheasy

Jobsearcheasy, is as the name suggests a site for finding jobs. Basically, it"s a job posting board. Employers can list job openings at $165 for 3o days. Looking for a job is free, simply enter a keyword, and location (city, state) and search through the listings. The site also offers a space for you to post your resume. While you"re looking for a job, you"ll get a chance to win prizes: an iPod, movie tickets, a $25 Amazon gift certificate, or $500 cash every first Tuesday of the month; if your search is a winner, you"ll see an orange "you won" banner across your screen. Current job postings include a senior software architect from JobFind.com, security for the company Peoplesoft as posted on Dice, and a Siebel configurator, also from Dice. The site gives its users the option to email a job listing, add notes, save, and comment on listings

    In their own words

"Job Search Easy is an on-line job site and search engine that connects people with great jobs accross the country from the major employment of websites.

Why it might be a killer

The site compiles job listings from sites across the web, and it also includes original postings. The search engine is easy to use, however it would benefit from better categorization. The prizes are a nice touch.

    Some questions

Will employers pay the $165 for a month of listings? How many jobs does that include? Will this really become a hub for job listings? Craigslist is free for both end users, and it works well. The site"s layout and the job categories could use work. It"s not all that simple to find the type of jobs you"re looking for, and so far, the site lacks numbers.
