Jahazi.com - All-in-One Browsing Tool

Jahazi is a free desktop application aimed at aggregating all of your favorite internet uses/sites in one location so that you can access your personal sites from any computer, anytime without the hassle of opening up all different applications every time (ie., email, SMS, chat, Word, etc). You create a personal site on their server which you can access anywhere, theoretically. The hitch is that the computer needs to have downloaded the Jahazi application or you need to carry around a USB stick/drive to put into whatever computer you are using. The idea seems clever, but their site needs major work. For one, their site is slow to download and I couldn"t access their "About Us" or "Take a Tour" options. They also tout an upcoming CD to help you learn how to use their application, but who wants to go through that process? The application should be easy to figure out without an explanation CD.

All data including your personal files, settings, bookmarks, contact addresses and other information are kept remotely allowing you to work Anywhere at Anyplace at Anytime on Any Computer. (Author"s note: I couldn"t pull up the "About Us" page).

Given the multiple sites we use daily for communication, it seems smart to have an application that will house all that information in one place for easy browsing.

Are they working on the performance of their home page? Traffic is low; how do they plan to increase traffic to the site, not to mention the number of people who will download the application? Do they plan to add testimonials of people who love this tool? How are they planning on making a profit?
