Instant Housecall is a software solution geared toward corporations and individuals that lets I.T. helpdesks provide remote support by viewing and controlling personal computers, regardless of where the user is located.
They offer three versions of their software:

- Express Edition - full featured remote support for small businesses and one-man I.T. shops
- Professional Edition - full featured remote support and unattended remote access with full branding capability
Its official site advertises it as “View and control remote PCs through firewalls in seconds.” The business software is available in two different incarnations, namely “Express” and “Professional”. One of the differences between the former and the latter seems to be that the “Express” offers remote support, but does not offer unattended remote access or branding, whereas “Professional” offers branding, unattended access, and other features geared toward medium and larger businesses.
In both cases, industries and companies will benefit from a system whereby they can monitor remote support activities and revenue generation while having access to instant messaging and delivery of remote support to unlimited customers.
Remote access for customers is implemented by invitation only. This means that the company’s representative leaves his calling card on the customer’s desktop in order to make it simpler for them to get remote access from the corporation.
