In their own words
'With IMhaha, you do not need to download any software onto your computer. Just go to www.imhaha.com from your Internet browser, and log on with any of your IM accounts (MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, or QQ) and start chatting with your buddies. With IMhaha, all your IM communications with our system are encrypted and protected by the same security technology (SSL) your online banking system uses to protect your online transactions. You do not need to register a new account to use our service. We do not store your existing IM account information (user ID or password) unless you choose to create a profile for single sign-on (see below). All the information in the profile are encrypted and protected.'
Why it might be a killer
IMHaha, at first glance, might make you sigh and say 'not another IM aggregator!' Though IMHaha doesn’t just collect all of your screenames and make them accessible from your browser, it also has Cross-IM conferencing and a White Board. I definitely thought this had a point of difference, especially with their group chat which functions cross-client.
Some questions
Will IMHaha make their service adaptable to more IM clients? How will they measure up against their competition, which have been around for much longer?
