De-linking makes the data set very flexible: browsing history data and tags can be stored on-line or on one's computer and it can be given different access levels: private, community or public. Further it can be used to build usage dashboards. hooeey's approach also makes it possible to map multiple sources of browsing data to a single Internet user (typically, users may be working with different computers at work and at home and may be using different browsers simultaneously, as well)."

	Why it might be a killer

Hooeey.com has an attractive interface. The site is easy to navigate and the FAQ section is one of the most thorough I have ever seen. Once you are a user you can create a hooeey web tour. A Hooeey web tour is when you jazz up your browsing history by adding webshots of the homepages of the links. You can send the web tour to friends and they can look through the album by opening the tour in a different browser window. You can also see a list of the links you have shared with friends. Hooeey makes organizing browsing history easy, because you have all your information in one place and you can tag and comment your links.

	Some questions

Although hooeey seems to embody all of the features of bookmarking, search engines, and history managers, people have become comfortable using these applications, will they give hooeey a chance? Do the hooeey web tours allow you to include comments and tags along with the webshots of the homepage? If they don't that could be another way to make the web tours more interesting.
