DiggTop is an Adobe Air application that allows you to view some of the top content you love from Digg.com right from your desktop. You can view ten different lists of content broken down by news, videos, and images. If images are related to the link you select to view, you can watch those pictures in a slideshow right from the application. You also can generally watch videos from the Air app as well. The amount of times the link was digged, its category, who submitted it, the text relating to it, and how many comments were made are all displayed for you to peruse. You can also set it up so that the application keeps a keyword or Digg count filter, and it will let you know when something matches your criteria via a sound and icon. If there are certain topics you never want to read about, you can enter those as well and DiggTop will make sure not to list those links. For each list, you can select the categories of content you actually want to be present on your application, such as news about Microsoft and videos about travel and places. With tons of options to customize your application to find just the content that interests you, if you’re a Digg fan, you’ll like DiggTop.
